Hi, im new to this and started thinking of playing again but was wondering if this server was free or is it just like test server kind of, in that sense you pay for the regular account and paste the url in s shortcut to play test. Just wondering thanks

This is a free private server, and no affiliation with NCSoft. Anyone is able to play here without any costs, it's just for fun.
